Noah's Ark Adventure

The children rent on to the Ark.

Noah looked at Floppy.

"Stop!" shouted Noah.

"I'm sorry," said Noah. "We put two dogs on the Ark. We can't have three dogs."

I read Noah's Ark Adventure, a book in Oxford Reading Tree series.
It rained and rained. The children were fed up. The magic key took them into a new adventure. But it was raining so much, too. And then, they found Noah's Ark, so they asked him to save them.
I thought it was unique rule that only two dogs can go on to the Ark.
